what happened in that case if some one have a case of crime and he has been selected for the governement services. how to solve it please give your opinion. case is releated to ordinary fight with neighbour

If the crime does not involve a punishment beyond two years and is not the nature of moral turpitude then nothing to worry, otherwise settle it.
