Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i have home in a apartment on ground floor & i have also have a 400 sq.ft. land attached to this home but we dont have any legal paper of this attached land builder has given us the permission to use and possess this land and we have possession on this land from past 20 years our building managing body does not have any objection on this land and road authority also does not have any abjection we had also made wall around this property and make it as our home entrance and uses that land as a garden.my question is that can we make any legal proof or document or agreement that the possessed land is our property.please help me.thanking in anticipation.
