injunction order is taken against any civil wrong. if you have strong evidence then it may take one week to 1 month. otherwise it may even take more then 1 year.

Injunction order is a restraining order taken from the court for the temporary purpose of restraining the other side from doing some act/deed, pending the final disposal of your case. Injunctions are temporary/interim or permanent injunction. As soon as your main case is filed an application for temporary injunction or interim injunction (as it is called in legal terms) is also filed and moved along with your case .
