Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
land was purchased and registered . Same intimated to Revenue for change of name . If revenue does not answer anything on change of application for 15 to 20 years either by show cause notice or by any written objection or by changing the name in revenue records how to inter put their salient action not commenting any thing on the application. As per applicant he has purchased and informed about the purchase of property.After 20 years the applicant asked for revenue records then he came to know his name not effected. After giving application they have allotted his property to a govt ., school with out informing him . According to department that is government land. As per applicant he fulfilled his obligation to change of name in revenue records. Who is right or who is wrong. How to decide legal situation
