Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am from nalgonda andhra pradesh.. my mother was the second wife to my dad and i am the only one daughter to my mother and my dad was having 3 boys before marring to my mom. when distributing the assets, my dad distributed to three boys only and not distributed a single paisa to me.. can i get the justice in my case..?

If the property was self acquired then he can disbursed that as he like u can claim only maintenance
