Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I purchased a land and registered on my name in 1984. When I approached Revenue Dept., in 1988 they issued me pahani with the name of the pattadar who sold the land to me. Now they say it is Govt., Assigned Land from 1990 I am not in possession of land. Revenue they say they alloted to school but EC on my name. Do I get any right
