Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am Hindu. My wife grand father (Father's uncle) has made some property (Bank accounts). Now my father-in-lannn and my mother-in-law (both blood related marriage) have got their part. My question is can they spend the money according to their wish? Because I feel my B-I-L are pocketing all money and my wife share is not property disbursed? Can we have any rights to ask out share? kindly advice
