Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

Lawyer for filing case in Gujarat High Court

I am a Senior Citizen aged 70 yrs and have a dispute with Valsad Municipality for the alternate land given to me on lease without any terms & conditions for construction of cabin as per the decree passed in civil Court and the said cabin was later on demolished by the Municipality. I had approached Gujarat High Court twice but still I am unsuccessful. In the latest order passed by the High Court, I have to file an application for alternate land within 15 days of the said order and Municipality will pass an appropriate order on the same. Accordingly I have shown interest for four alternate lands but was rejected by Municipality. In one of the alternate land Municipality himself wants to construct shopping centre but doesnt want to give a part of it to me. Hence is there any lawyer who can obtain an order from Gujarat High Court in our favour for this alternate land or any one of them as described in my application or atleast obtain a stay order on the proposed shopping centre to be built by Municipality on the land on which I have shown interest so that municipality is compelled to settle the issue. Will I be able to get justice before my death?

its better you go to gujrat high court and meet the secretary of the association of advocates and he may help you out.

alternatively approach supreme court by writing a letter to honble chief justice and honble president of india about your grievance.

another thing is that if you cant spend money you should apply to legal aid authorities and seek help from them....... in fact do this thing first of all.
