Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Lower court ruled in my favor that property is mine. Case appealed at high court where single judge ruled in favor of the other party,
I appealed at SC Apex court and case is poending.
The govt. claimed the same land as theirs and I was able to get a writ from high court saying that the property is mines.
How important is this writ in my favor and what could be its impact at the SC?

mr.gupta is also right. without your detail noone can guide you. how u r claiming and how government is claiming.
