misguide

i had done loss to the client in trading and later accepted .. my boss paid 50% of loss .. i had given a lletter in writing on blank paper abt the same.. tht company would repay in fong of my boss.. now the client asked me to sign on ledger which was given by me false.. i said no as he wanted to claim the money from the company and wanted me to do .. i denied .. he said he will sue me.. he recived all contract notes ... and no cheque was in my name .. please help

u should not sign any paper with out consulting some lawyer. Morever what is problem is not clear from what u have written. Ask some one having command over english to write for you.
