pc act 1988

an officer was trapped and released on self bond.after filing f.i.r.before spl court ,the accused officer seeking regular bail at spl court.no summons or charge sheet issued. objection was not filed by spl pp.

What is your query?legal process takes time.Release on personal bond as ordered is enough for commitment of accused to appear in court.

you can surrneder seek regular bail without awaiting summons,It seems u have been booked under sec 15, if that be so it might be a bailable offence , otherwise alomost all provisions are non bailable offence,in that case police would have arrested and produced before the court.
