Re: pending registration

You may need to get the matter examined by a lawyer who may render you proper advice after perusing your documents.

A writ petition may be maintainable in the High Court for direction to the authorities for registration, if they are with-holding registration illegally.

The commissionarate of land revenue and urban land ceiling in every state in India is a highest authority in seizing the lands which come under ULC act, abding by law.So when the authority publicised such lands not to be registered to anyone and issued G.O.to that effect the registrar would not get the lands registerd till the ceiling is lifted. So you have to wait for the orders of the authorities.
