Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
running a hostel business with 11 months agreement but orally was agreed for 5 years.now building owner asking to hand over the business back and went to the police and made me stay out of the premises.Now i have got temporary injunction and then too there is no respect towards it.kindly suggest.

U can file contempt in court and no one can evict u except due process of law

you cannot be evicted by the police. court has to order the eviction. moreover, oral agreement of 5 years is not valid.
