Legal Question in Health Care Law in India
I have annual income of 8 lacs. My wife has annual income of 2.4 lacs. It is 2 yrs of marriage with no issues (kids). How much alimony can i expect in a one time settlement.

in case you both settling the matter and going ahead with divorce by mutual consent, the permanent alimony be decided as per mutual agreement. in case it is a contested divorce, then the court decides the same as per sec. 25 of HMA.
