Re: marriage law

Marriage solmanized in India, can be registered in India at any time, and mere non-registration of marriage does not vitiate the marriage.

However, if the marriage has taken place in NZ, then you need to consult a attorney of NZ, to know status of ur marriage, in accordance with the laws prevailing there.

Re: marriage law

The marriage which has taken place in India and has been solemnized here can be registered at anytime.

The marriage take place in NZ it would be better if you consult a lawyer of NZ as to know the stand of the marriage as per the laws prevailing in the NZ.
