gift deed
can a man during his lifetime gift away a flat to one child while the flat may have been a dowry aquision and challenged by the aggreived child

Only self acquired property can be gifted.Pls prove me the all details about it.

query is incomplete.If property is self acquired then the same can be gifted by the person.However,if any trial is pending then refrain from doing so.
