Road Accident
My car got hit by another car on the right side and the two doors are completely damaged.My car was parked and the driver was sitting inside and he got hurt on the neck.There was no bleeding but a jerk on his neck.We went to the police station and the opposite party decided to compensate for the medical expense and the difference amount of the insurance and we decided to call off the case and now they refuse to pay.So we have filed a fir against the 20 yr old boy who was driving the car.What shud we do further to make the case stronger?

if the FIR has been registered then its sufficient. if not registered then move to courts.

Provide evidences to police and also file claim under Motor Vehicle Act.

Your Car driver may file claim against the offending Car.
Besides this, you may also claim damages from the offeding Car.
