domain name assignment
Hi
Can u let me know if a internet Domain is to be assigned and transfered to the co by its employee then in that case a general assignment deed is ok, is consideration need to be involved

Without consideration,an agreement or contract can not be said to be complete.Hence in your case, the answer is YES.
