Generation property dispute

My Grandfather Expired when my father was 5 yrs old he is the only child, he was brought up in my grandmother family.

while at his death time he (Grandfather) was mentaly ill my father's uncle ask his brother (my Grandfather) to give him all his property (which is at Faizabad U.P) so that he can take care of his brother's son( my father) now all the property is under my father's cousin sister (father's uncle's daughter) My father is not ready to take it back as he is in abroad but he has no question if property is back to him So can you plz help me / can i (daughter) can take that property now?

You said that your grandfather has given all the property to his brother, now what do you mean by "give", whether it was transfer or gift or any sort of trust or will. Your question could be answered only after knowing all the relevant facts.

if it has been just entrusted to take care you can ask it back and even file cases but if it has been GIVEN by some deed or whatsoever so it requires perusal of documents to advice properly.
