Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
my grand father's property was sold collectively along with his 3 daughters and my grand mother without the knowledge of my father. the property originally belonged to my great grand father. my grand father expired and granny still alive. can we get back our property? or atleast any compensation for what we have lost
