What happens if someone takes an idea (after implemeting it once and registering it) with all USPs to a corporate (potential investor) and he steals the idea and launches it on his own in other name...

we cannot reply to hypothetical questions.
anyway any unregistered idea or use remains unsecured till it is registered.
if u can prove that u are earlier user of some idea then u have upper hand
