Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Ours is a partnership firm of six family members.Over the period we four noticed that two senior partners are withdrawing funds from bank for peronal benefit.Therfore we freezed bank account & requested bank to provide us account opening form since we doubt that our signatures are fake.Bank informed us to submit letter signed by all partners which is not possble since the dispute has started.I would like to know whether banks requirement of letter is legally correct.
