stepmother son right on father inherited from his mother
i am a divorce woman who have 2 sons from the last marriage.now they are above 18 living under their father custody.i want to know whether my sons are eligible to have a share from my currently married husband's property inherited from his mother?

Your sons may inherit their father's property. However, depending upon the factual situation of the given time, they may not claim a share in your second husband's property if other legal heirs are there in accordance with law.
