Legal Question in International Law in India
I have my passport. Do I need to add surname to my passport. I have all my educational documents without surname
But my PAN CARD , Driving Licence and Bank accounts contain surname.
Please guide whether i need to add or not? If i need to add my surname.
Please guide through the procedure.

it is your choice. But it is always good to have complete name on the passport which include surname. If you want to add, you have to make one affidavit as per the format on the misc service form. submit the form along with affidavit and copy of your pan, dl, bank documents and the department will add your surname.
