can an earned leave be availed for more than 3 times in a year and also if a company adopts the financial year instead of calender year for the purpose of accumulation and carry forward of earned leaves, is it in compliance with the factories act

Leave cannot be availed in a year for more then 3 times. AS per Factory Act year a calander year beguins from 1st day of january. So financial year april-march is not strict compliance with factory act.
