Legal Question in Employment Law in India

bond singned for a job is legally valid ....?

I have signed a one year contract in one of the private limited IT firm which was required for achieving the job.

Is it possible for me to voluntarily quit this job for a better job profile? The company has paid me for my work till date. They have not provided me any training for this job. Am I liable to the firm?

There are many of us being exploited in this same condition.

We are greatful to recieve your valuable advice and it will be of great help for us.

Check the written agreement you have signed with your employer and find whether they have performed their all the obligations under that agreement or not particulary whether they are bound by that agreement to give you training for the job, if there is any breach on therir behalf for which you have no fault you may come out of that contract giving your employer notice to that effect and find new employment. Also validity of the contract has to be checked.
