Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My Current Company still not pay previous company notice amount. This new company has agree to pay this amout, but still I am not received that amout. ITs already 5 months is over
Thay have already a sign a one document on this. What should I do. Can I do case against company. If Yes then where and how?? If this case will get faster judjement?? Guide me on this
