Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i entered in to service agreement with my co to serve for 2 years as was supposed to be sent for bussiness training in Australia. I was terminated on the grounds of watching porn and now the matter is going through Arbitration, though the dates in the service agreement makes it null and void. DO i still need to pay for the arbitration fees? what should i do as i have replied to the claim letter and sent rejoinders too
