I am an executive in PSU company.i and my husband work in the same company .i have filed divorce case in kolkata court. i am asking my company for my transfer to kolkata. management says since we are not legally separated yet ,without the permission of my husband they cannot post me to kolkata. my husband wants to harass me and will not give permission for my transfer to kolkata. since i am independent ,i have not claimed any fianacial support from my hysband. i am ready to give an effidevit that i want transfer of my work place on my own risk & responsibility. in that case is it necessary to take my husband's permission for transferring me to kolkata where my parents stay.i don't want to stay with my husband & want to leave this town where he stays. it is already nine months i am staying seperately from my husband. please help

I told you Mam what best can be done in your case. You will have to file a transfer petition in the Apex COURT" i.e. Supreme Court of India. Once you get the orders whereever you want the case can be transferred.
