Legal Question in Employment Law in India

our managing director has started a company namely AVIK RESOURSES to run a bussiness and avail a service of foreignsic accounting, bussiness and competitive intelligence and legal analysis.he had given add in a news paper for appointment of employees for the above said service and collected amount of RS 15,000/- from each employee and given employment letter through email to every employee that he will pay monthly salary of RS 30,000/- each.believing his words all the employees has paid him RS 15,000/- .Since three months he is neither refunding the amount nor paying the salary.we had requested him through phone calls several times he is not responding.hehas vacated the office also what kind of criminal case can we file against him. His address also not known to any one.please advise.

first of all find out the address as it is must to take any action . than u can file criminal complaint for fraud and than u can also file suit for recovery of money
