Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am an MBBS graduate from CMC. I had got admission under CHRISTIAN sponsored category. When I had joined this institute I was aware that there was a bond of 2 yrs and i Had signed the bond. The bond agreement stated that to break bond, i have to pay 20 lakh rs. The fee that was agreed upon was 75000 rs per annum. The next year after my admission, the doubled the fees to 1.50 lakh saying that the bond contained a clause that college could increase the fee as per requirements. Nw as a graduate, i have joined my bond but the hospital is paying me 13000 rs per month and non specified hours of duty (some times more than 16 hrs per day). My senior batches have signed a bond of 7 lakhs and my junoirs are signing bonds of 5 lakhs now.... I have heard that in maharashtra, the bond braeking charges is 5 lakhs..... I have difficulty working in a place which pays us such meagre amount for an unspecified hours of work.... isnt bond charges be equal to the money that they pay me as salary ovr 2 yr?
