Non clearance of salary on termination of service
I am a retired soldier and joind the Mindlogicx Infotech Ltd, Bangalore on 10 Jan 2008 as Executive Assistant to CEO and MD. The designation was later changed to Executive Secretary to CEO and MD without consultation. The company was open on 26 Jan 2008 and due to bad health, I could not attend office on 28 Jan 2008. On 29th Jan 2008, I was called by the HR and was asked to submit my resignation, on sending the resignation through E mail, I was issued with termination letter stating abasence from duty as the reason for termination. After that inspite of repeated requests the Company has not so far cleared my outstanding dues in the form of salary for the No of days I have worked with them.

You shall proceed legally and file lis in court for recovery of your salary.

proceed legally against the company.consult a lawyer.
