Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My wife is working in Ministry of commerce in Trivandrum. she is a handicapped lady. to take care of her i have left my job and be in home. Is it possible that i can get her work on a compassionate basis on medical grounds

Only the handicapped person is entitled under the law for reservation and not the care-taker. I really appreciate your good nature but legally you are not entitled to claim job on the basis of compassion/ handicap -attender.
