YET TO BE REGISTERED.AGREEMENT ARE STAMPDUTY & REGISTERED WHICH SHOWS GR.+ 4 BLDG. & 5 TH FLOWER OWNERS AGREEMENT SHOWS GR.+5.THE ISSUE IS ON WHAT BASIS EXPANSES OF LIFT ELEC. BILL & DISEL FOR D.G SHALL BE COLLECT? flat owners (gr.+4) says NO NEED OF LIFT FOR GR.+4 BLDG? Awaiting for your reply
