we gave shop to one person 30 years back now his brother is sitting in same shop and he is sitting some where ales it is case of subtenency is it possibe to throw them out

Yes. sub-letting is also a ground for eviction. Tenancy is not hereditary.

If brothers had been working jointly before, it may not be a case of sub-letting. Try to solve the matter amicably without recourse to litigation.
