G.m sir mera naam vishwas dutt sharma , mai gujrat k mehsana se aapase jud raha hu mera swaal ye he ki maine bank ki nilami me 2 khand- har makan 2003 me liya, jis par bank ne mujhe power of atterni patra diya , ab maine dastavej banane k liye ragistrar office me vakil k dwara diya he uprokt sabhi stamp duty bhari he phir bhi ragistrar office se aaj 8month se mera dastavej clear nahi hua he aur office me jane par mujhe bataya gaya ki lagbhag 49000rs stamp duty bharani baki he is liye dastavej clear nahi ho pa raha he....?aap se anurodh he krupya marg darshan de mujhe kya karana chahiye. pehle apne vakil se baat kare or us se rasid mange k kitna us ne paisa jama karwaya hai. agar wo aap ko batata hai k stamp duty baki hai, to thik hai warna us se pending fee k bare me baat karen or use bharne k liye kahen, agar aap ne paise de rakhe hai to. Warna aap court me president se mil sakte hai.
