We are living in a rented house in haridwar last 35 years. Before it was under a committee now its under City Magistrate. Last year unfortunately my father passed away and house was allotted in the name of my father. Now we are facing problem because city magistrate refuse to change the name from my father to my name and also they are not taking rent of house. we had given application with affidavit of NOC from other family member but she returned the file. Please tell me can they compel us to leave the house what option we have now. we have all monthly rent receipts . We have no own house where we can shift. please help what should I do.
