Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i m chintan...
we r staying in a pagdi system for more than 50 years.
the real owner has died and his wife has signed the property paper in favour of some one else for cash. but we have not yet received the notice that the owner has been changed.
now i want to renovate my house, but the new owner is not giving us the permission and says that if i do anything, he will take legal action against us.
please advise..
