"A quick ANSWER PLEASE, PREFERABLY IN 2 DAYS TIME" ::: WHEN A TENANT HAS BEEN COMPLAINED AGAINST AS A "CHEATER" [ Falling into the IPC Domain as may be decided by a Judge ] ON HOUSE ADVANCE PAYABLE, is it wise and ADVISABLE TO COLLECT FROM HIM FURTHER ADVANCES PENDING COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE ON PREVIOUS MONTH's SUBSTANCE and modus operandi;;; I mean, will it jeopardise the CASE and/or weaken it ???
