regarding the commision claim
i have done one deal of approx 100 note book for best it world mumbai based company to be supplied to a company named m/s astha goat farming india ltd.
the payment was directly transfered to best it world from astha goat farm
on first dela they released my payout (commision)
on second and third deal also they paid my commision
but on third deal of some mor quantity approx 100 they are not doing there commitment that is best it world
they are saying that now we hav done it directly with the astha goat farm this deal so you are not in picture now so there is no isseu of the commission although i ma genuine dealer of best it world my office is at raipur chattis garh
please do help me wht should i do to claim the commission
the previous payment was made by cheq.

You may be entitled to commission only in terms of your contract with the buyer/seller. In order to determine your entitlement you may need to consult a local lawyer along with your contract document/s.
