Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
my previous lawyer blackmailing me as because i change lawyer he make an agreement with me in rs 10 non judicial stamppaper that 11000 rupees as his professional fees but while he starts making me fool and start taking money from me on different context like court fee 4000. munshi fee 500 dasti fee 600 and now while i change the lawyer he phone me and said that i will never spare you i will implicate you on 420 case etc etc what should i do now

HI ,
You can simply ignore him for the acts he does.
If he doest stop doing all that , you may file a complaint before the State Bar Council. They may take sufficient action against him
