A 15 year child leg from knee is amputated in road accident. what could be the approximate claim amount in MICT? how much time it will take to get the amount ? if driver is not having license then who will pay the amount? If insurance company pay how they recover from owner of vehicle? If owner not paid or incapable what is to be done?

in every court, there are specific lawyers dealing with MACT cases only and it is advisable to contact them or even the legal service authority can be contacted for filing the claim.
