criminal case u/s325 of IPC is, acquitted then .for the very same cause how far civil suit for damages,is maintainable.pls explain with citions

out come of criminal case does not have an impact of civil action whereas outcome of civil action has an impact on criminal cases.

i agreed .it si maintainable as the acquittal is from criminal case and damages are of civil nature
