my family has done discrimination with me while giving permission to live in some other property of them and always tortured me a lot,they also put lie charges on me,i.e,breach of peace on me,but the truth is that i havnt done anything,plz tell me what charges i can put on them and can take my share and other money according to my choice?

First thing is to determine whether or not you have a share in the property? It is important to understand such legal situation. But that can be determined after knowing all the facts about the property. Mere fact some one filed a kalandara for breach of peace under Cr PC that does not by itself means that you can also file counter against it. that would depend upon the facts of each case.
