We had givin work for the painting in month of nov 2010 to a person and he had one helper while doing work he felf down from the height due to his falut. as an humanity we had took him to hospital after treatment for 11 days dr. give his discharge after that we all paid of dr. and medicini. after 7 month he had suit a notice for the certian big amount. ( what is falut of owner) in this case we had to send the notice to the lawyer. what may be status of wowner of the work given to the person.
