Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have booked a flat in underconstrction building. Agreement has been registered. Regarding the building everywhere in the agreement the term "building to be constructed on plot no. such and such..." has been mentioned. Thus the building name is not there in the agreemnt though everything else like survey number, location etc. are clearly mentioned. Consequently, the name of the building is not there in Index II also. I approached a bank for home loan. They turned down my agreement citing that building name is not mentioned. Is it a justified reason for decling the home loan. Kindly give your opinion.
