what is the right of children (living aboard for more then 20 yrs) on the fathers property in india after a divoce and re marriage of both the parents?
What is the right of the children if the father has dead and there is no will?

the children of both the marriages have equal right in the property left by the father and in case its an ancestral property, then only the children of first marriage have the right.
