Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my family living in govt land since 2 generations,can we claim ownership to that land or resister by name.? Regards sunil Maharashtra India

Just by virtue of living on the Government land for two generations does not mean that the land belongs to you.

Unless you have valid documents to establish and prove ownership, it cannot be done.
