my father govt allotment farmer land and the cost of this land payment of intolment. sum instolment payment take in my salary. 2009 my father will in my faver but 2011 my married eilder sister giftdeed this land from my father. 2013 my father die. my mother paralisis. we three brother care my mother. my sister not talk me and my mother. when my father ill my sister take toughether your house. my fahter no treetment in last 3 month and no messege last time to me and my brother. 05-03-2013 my father die when my sister ring to me please come father die. please provided legal advice father gift deed challanging.
