i have purchased a property in delhi,i have the 2/3 rd undivided share in the proerty and the other owner has 1/3rd undivided share in the same property.i want to do a partition with the other owner but he is not agreeing to it.pls tell me the procedure to do it.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You may make an application to the concerned Municipal authority asking them to carry out a Survey, do the demarcation and partition the property according to the percentage of ownership specified by you.

dear client...

since the court has already ordered for partition then yes you can pruchase the share of one owner and keep the order copy with your self... if possible get the signature of the second person having 1/3 share..
